Amazing same day service from Peter, Lewis and Mitch as well as a real person answering the phone in Kristy. Draintech saved our bathroom renovation project schedule as they were able to squeeze a reline of a bathroom drain in on the same day as we found out there was a problem. A huge thank you to Lewis and Mitch who were able to do our job after a full day of other jobs starting our job at 4pm and staying until 6:30pm - well after tradie knock off time! Our bathroom renovation could continue on schedule without delaying the plumbing rough in due the following day. An amazing crew at Draintech - honest, reliable, willing to go over and above to assist and quality workmanship. THANK YOU!!

Draintech recently replaced our stormwater main pipe, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team was professional, reliable, and efficient from start to finish. Did not know the extent of my water blockage problem however the team at Draintech clearly explained the extent of the problem, and what needed to be done to resolve it. Job done expediently and efficiently. Total costs were clear from the start. Good team to deal with.

As the owner of an older property, dealing with drainage issues is always stressful. I’m so glad I chose Melbourne Draintech for a cracked junction relining job.
From the start, Peter was incredibly responsive and provided a clear estimate. After Andrew’s initial CCTV inspection, what really stood out to me was Peter taking the time to do a second review of the footage himself to ensure we had the absolute best, long-term solution.
With a very tight timeline and new tenants moving in, Kristy was a lifesaver in prioritizing my job. The whole team worked so hard to get it finished on time. I especially want to thank Andrew and Brady—they truly went the extra mile by installing an additional liner at their own expense to cover a PVC/VC joint they discovered during the process.
